Bitter pit potential of apples

The results were not conclusive, due to the low incidence of bitter pit in ‘Braeburn’ and ‘Golden Delicious’ during the past two seasons. Similar low levels of bitter pit in were confirmed in the industry by Hortec Pty Ltd that did similar predictions.  A presentation was nevertheless given at an international congress about this topic and it will result in scientific publication
